One of the most notable additions to the 2016 WVM (Webster Vicknair MacLeod) litigation team is that of welcoming attorney, Russell Serafin, Of Counsel to WVM. Mr. Serafin is an experienced Trial Attorney. He will be an integral part in getting injured individuals and families the justice that the law allows, as well as, providing guidance to the younger attorneys at WVM. Mr. Serafin has worked side by side with WVM in the past and as recently as January of 2015. He was part of the successful trial team that received a favorable $7 million dollar verdict in Brazoria County, Texas. In addition, Mr. Serafin assisted in the litigation involving the widow of the plane crash which was settled on the eve of trial in 2016. Prior to becoming Of Counsel at Webster Vicknair MacLeod, Mr. Serafin was a former partner at Vinson & Elkins and has been a solo practitioner.
