Clayton Quinn Attorney

Clayton Quinn is a dedicated trial lawyer who joined Webster Vicknair MacLeod in December 2023. A lifelong Texan, Clayton grew up on his family’s ranch near Ennis, where he developed a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for perseverance.

Clayton earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas A&M University before attending South Texas College of Law in Houston. During law school, he honed his skills as a summer associate with a national construction defect firm and Webster Vicknair MacLeod, gaining hands-on experience in complex legal matters.

Today, Clayton focuses on representing clients in high-stakes cases involving premises liability, product liability, construction injuries, oilfield injuries, trucking collisions, and Jones Act claims. Known for his relentless commitment to his clients, Clayton is dedicated to addressing the unique challenges of each case and pursuing the best possible outcome.

When he’s not in the courtroom, Clayton enjoys hunting, reading, and spending time with his family. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
